The `Young Parents Program¿ is a program that offers young parents the opportunity to continue their education alongside their children. Students at this campus are enrolled as senior secondary students and have the support of teaching staff and community support services.
YPCC ¿Yuille Campus¿ is the second Yuille Park Community College off site campus and provides flexible learning options for young people to re-engage and remain actively involved in their learning and to reach their potential.
The Yuille Park Children¿s Centre operates three and four year old kindergarten sessions in a purpose built facility on our main campus and is managed by the College.
Leading Teacher - Inclusive Education provides coaching, collaboration, professional learning and support through delivering whole-school, small group and targeted interventions aimed at supporting educators to enhance the learning experiences of all students, including students with disabilities and diverse learning needs. The role has a strong focus on improving student outcomes, through provision of on-site teacher support in school-wide inclusive practices, and classroom-based instruction, and pedagogical feedback and support. Furthermore, the successful candidate will support student transitions to school and will collaborate with various stakeholders to improve educational access, resources, programs and outcomes for targeted students. Critical to improved outcomes, this role will require a strong focus on school staff partnering in learning with the student, parent/s and carer/s, and teachers with individual learning plans supporting voice and agency for all.

Operating in collaboration with Department of Education and Training's Area teams, this role will also have the following responsibilities:
Teachers currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and qualified to teach and/or have demonstrated experience in the curriculum area(s) specified for the position.
