Richmond High School is a local, co-educational school in the City of Yarra. The vision of the school is to create an inclusive, high quality school in which all students learn and thrive. Our core values are Diversity, Creativity, Expectations and Intelligence and our motto is 'Make a Difference', by which we refer both to our capacity to make a difference in young people's lives and to our students' ability to make a positive difference in the community. Since opening in 2018, the school has added one year level cohort each year, finally becoming a full 7-12 secondary school in 2023. The school's main campus is located on Griffiths Street in Richmond, with a second building - the school gym - on Gleadell Street. A notable feature of the school is the Bilingual Chinese program which is unique, offering students who have previously studied Chinese in a bilingual setting the opportunity to extend their skills and cultural understanding further. The school enrols students from a wide range of local primary schools.
