About the role
The Department of Government Services (DGS) is seeking three experienced Lead SuccessFactors Functional Specialists to join the VicGov People Platform Operations team.
VicGov People is the Victorian Government’s whole-of-government Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, supporting workforce management, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, learning and talent processes across participating departments and agencies.
As a senior functional specialist, you will provide expert advice, solution design, configuration and support across one or more SAP SuccessFactors domains. Working closely with People & Culture teams, payroll providers, vendors, technical specialists and government stakeholders, you will help deliver platform enhancements, operational improvements and workforce technology solutions at scale.
