About the Role:
We are seeking multiple permanent Lead Registry Officers!
The Lead Registry Officer is responsible for leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational goals.
This role provides day-to-day oversight, guidance, and coaching to ensure effective performance and professional development. The Lead Registry Officer monitors workloads, allocates resources to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and responds to demand surges.
Additionally, the role conducts quality assurance to maintain compliance with standards, policies, and procedures, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence

The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's regulator for building and plumbing.
