About the Role
At CFA, the Regional Learning and Development Strategy ensures that CFA members have the required skills and capabilities to respond to and manage emergencies in accordance with Victoria's Emergency Management Arrangements.
We currently have a permanent opportunity to significantly contribute to the regional learning and development strategy, with options to be based in either our Geelong or Hamilton offices. We are seeking a talented Learning and Development professional to lead a geographically dispersed team of Learning and Development Coordinators and Administrators and ensure all day-to-day operational learning and training priorities are delivered across the Southwest Region. Working closely with the Manager Learning and Development, you will assist with implementing contemporary, state-wide learning initiatives.
A full driver's licence is required, and a pool vehicle will be supplied as required, for use by the successful applicant. Please note this position will involve some afterhours work.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
A strong understanding of the arrangements, standards and environment of an RTO will be crucial to your success in this role. Furthermore, a TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV is not essential but will be highly regarded.
