Our Opportunity
The Lead, Industry Education & Learning is responsible for leading the development and delivery of the VGCCC's industry education and capability strategy, supporting voluntary compliance and capability uplift across Victoria's gambling sectors. As an educator and people leader, the position coaches and develops capability within the team in adult learning, instructional design and facilitation practices, while overseeing the ongoing governance and enhancement of the Learning Management System (LMS).
To be successful in this position you will have:
• Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and evaluating education, learning or capability programs, including the application of adult learning principles and contemporary instructional design methodologies.
• Experience implementing, administering and continuously improving Learning Management Systems (LMS), including reporting, learner management and vendor liaison.
• Strong capability in translating complex legislative, policy or regulatory requirements into practical, learner-centred educational resources and training programs.
• Experience leading a team, driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable learning outcomes within complex or regulated environments
