The opportunity
This role leads the Business Partnering team to support SRO senior leaders in making informed decisions through coaching, development, and business insight.
The role leads the HR Business Partnering and workplace relations function for the SRO in a unionised, positively engaged environment. This includes being the first key escalation point for complex and sensitive workplace relations matters and monitoring the external environment for emerging employment risks.
The Lead HR Business Partner will conduct and allocate portfolio activities and projects amongst the team (e.g. emerging HR issues, strategic projects, policy/procedure, line manager development).
In addition to these functions, the Lead HR Business Partner will have a portfolio of clients to provide direct business partnering support which includes.
