About the role
In this role you will be required to provide legal advice and conduct casework for the Assessment and Referral Court (ARC).
Reporting to the Deputy Managing Lawyer, you will act as an advocate by providing high quality legal services through managing case work, coordinating the delivery of duty lawyer services, in both ARC & mainstream jurisdictions. As well as, developing and implementing strategies, policies and initiatives to improve the delivery of ARC services and leading community legal education projects, reform and other VLA projects as required.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
