We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Lawyer to provide clear, timely legal advice to support Ambulance Victoria's (AV) services and functions. This position will identify legal risks and support stakeholders to implement effective risk-mitigation strategies and improvements across AV's projects and operations and provide legal support as a member of the AV Legal Department.
While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Blackburn/Doncaster or Ballarat in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will provide clear, practical verbal and written legal advice across all levels, departments and legal areas throughout AV. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

The successful candidate will have completion of a tertiary degree in Law, with relevant experience in the areas of commercial and ideally, privacy law together with current Victorian legal practising certificate. Other requirements include but not limited to:
