About the role
This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2029.
The Program and Administration Support Officer (L2P) supports the L2P team to deliver a consistent, efficient and well-coordinated statewide program. The role provides administrative, coordination, and financial support, organises meetings and events and monitors progress against timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. Working closely with internal team members and external partners, the officer ensures clear communication and provides practical support and advice. The role also contributes to identifying risks and opportunities and recommending continuous improvements. Success in this position ensures the program is well organised, achieves its objectives, and delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes across the state.

Qualifications and experience
Mandatory
If a driver licence is held, it must be current and valid, free of serious driving convictions for a period of time specified in the relevant regulations (mandatory).
Desirable
Experience working in community programs
Experience in administrative processes
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will be required.
