THE ROLE
The Divisional Kinship Engagement Worker will support the ongoing success of the Kinship model in the West Division, assist in promoting placement quality and stability by being a key contact point for Child Protection Practitioners and Contracted Case Managers. The Divisional Kinship Engagement Worker will also undertake priority tasks as determined by the manager.
Critical accountabilities will include the engagement of stakeholders, providing advice regarding appropriateness of available supports and completion of priority work.
The successful applicant will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, organised, relationships-focused, solution-focused and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills including advocacy and negotiation skills, be innovative, and collaborative.
