About us
The Infrastructure, Property and Accommodation (IPA) unit works in collaboration with program areas and communities to deliver justice services that are efficient, effective and integrated around community and client needs.
The South Area accounts for approximately 500 staff over 13 Justice Service Centres, eight in the South East Metropolitan Region and five in the Gippsland Region. The Justice Service Centres are non-custodial sites and are located at Bairnsdale, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Frankston, Lilydale, Morwell, Moorabbin, Pakenham, Ringwood, Rosebud, Sale, Warragul and Wonthaggi, with Dandenong and Morwell also being the Regional Offices.
All sites deliver a range of justice services including Community Correctional Services, Sheriff's Operations, Births Deaths & Marriages (forms and proof of identification), and Youth Justice.
Wulgunggo Ngalu Learning Place, a residential program location, is based at Macks Creek near Yarram.
What you will do
As a justice officer (administration and support), you will provide administration and customer service across a range of justice services.
You will help keep daily operations running smoothly while giving people clear, respectful support.
