About the Business Unit:
The Corporate Services South East Metro region delivers a range of Justice Services including Community Correctional Services, Sheriff's operations, Consumer Affairs and front-of-house enquiries including Births, Deaths and Marriages application lodgements.
About the Role:
The Justice Officer provides administration and client service duties, as required by the locations and the region.
Some of your duties will include:
- Greeting and liaising with clients and stakeholders to create an open and responsive environment that reflects the department's commitment to the delivery of justice
- Undertaking tasks that provide an efficient administration function in the location and the region, including accounts payable, file management and mail
- Participating in the development of the regional administration team, including continuous improvement activities, team building and business planning.
This position takes place at Ringwood Justice Service Centre, but you will be required to travel and work across multiple Justice Service Centres across the South East Metro region.

About You:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Well-developed computer literacy
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations would be advantageous
- Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary service delivery team would be advantageous.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A current Victorian driver's licence is required.
