Our team is professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering impactful education.

They apply sophisticated legal and sociolegal research and communication skills to ensure content is tailored, accurate, effective, and polished. Drawing on an understanding of adult learning principles, particularly in their application for expert audiences, the Lead understands the context for judicial education and applies this to the identification and selection of relevant expertise, as well as the development of learning outcomes and educational material. They are also committed to continuous improvement through effective evaluation techniques. With the judicial audience always front of mind, the Judicial Education Lead collaborates across the organisation and works with judicial steering committees and other external stakeholders to plan, manage and execute the delivery of high quality education events and resources to agreed timelines.
