Technical Knowledge and ICT Support
Demonstrated ability to provide technical support for Windows and Apple devices, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software. Experience with LMS software XUNO and device management platforms such as Meraki MDM, Apple School Manager, Microsoft Intune, MDT and similar technologies would be highly regarded.
Problem Solving and Technical Diagnosis
Demonstrated ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve ICT issues efficiently, including hardware, software, networking and connectivity problems. Ability to apply analytical thinking to identify the root cause of technical issues and restore services with minimal disruption to staff and students.

Developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide professional, responsive and effective ICT support to staff and students.

The School IT Technician provides reliable technical support for staff and student devices at Horsham West and Haven Primary School. The role focuses on support for all staff and students, device management, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows and Apple devices to support effective school operations.
The successful candidate will be organised and self-driven, with a strong willingness to learn, quickly investigate and diagnose issues, and develop new skills. The applicant will look for opportunities to improve school systems and processes.

Horsham West and Haven Primary School is a dual campus primary school with a combined enrolment of approximately 570 students. The two campuses are 7.5km apart, situated in developing residential areas and enjoy a healthy level of community support and involvement as evidenced by active Parents¿ Clubs which operate at both campuses.
The Horsham West campus is located on the western fringe of Horsham and is a large primary school with 470 students. The campus has specialist classroom facilities together with a gymnasium and a well-resourced library.
Our Haven campus is located in a rural setting on the southern outskirts of Horsham. The campus has adjoining community sports facilities that extend the recreational activities available to students.
Both campuses enjoy a range of specialist programs which include Art, Health, ICT, Performing Arts, Physical Education, and STEAM.
