IT Systems Support Officer (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Systems Support Officer to join our Information Technology Department on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Systems Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the organisation's technology environment by providing timely technical assistance and support to end users. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of IT systems and infrastructure through troubleshooting hardware and software issues, contributing to IT projects, and delivering a high standard of customer service across the organisation.
The successful candidate will also support CHRH's transition to a structured, role-based access model by assisting with the implementation of the Persona, Role and Entitlement (PRE) framework. This includes translating business requirements into practical identity and access management structures across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
Candidates with demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams will be highly regarded.

6-month fixed term contract from date of appointment, based at Daylesford.

HS3 + Superannuation
