About the role:
The IT Support Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality information technology support to HRHA member health services, primarily through onsite presence for a minimum of four days per week, with one day allocated to remote support. The role reports to the IT Support Team Leader.
This position contributes to the effective delivery of IT services in accordance with the HRHA Service Catalogue, supporting the implementation, maintenance and configuration of workstations and communication systems across member sites. The role provides responsive end-user support, managing incidents and service requests escalated from internal teams or raised directly by member staff.
In addition, the role ensures that member IT environments are effectively maintained, supported and enhanced, with emerging risks identified and escalated. It contributes to the coordination of project-related activities and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to support service delivery outcomes.
Participation in an on-call roster and after-hours work is required to support operational needs across HRHA member sites, including travel within the Hume region.
