To provide first level ICT support for Wodonga Middle Years College and the Flying Fruit Fly School
Provide First level ICT support to Staff and Students across all WMYC campuses and the Flying Fruit Fly School.
Support the 1 to 1 Notebook Program, including diagnosing and logging of warranty and insurance jobs
Setup and configuration of desktops, notebooks and mobile devices for new and existing staff and students.
Use the IT Service Desk ticketing system to monitor and act on lodged tickets in a timely manner.
Provide support with networking and server equipment.
Contribute to the development of documentation for reference by end users and IT Staff.
Provide onsite repairs of Laptops with training provided
Contribute, support and up keep of college digital media and branding including Digital Signage, social and printed media.
General IT duties and develop end user training.

Preferred Training Requirements
Certificate III Information Digital Media and Technology or equivalent certificate (completed, enrolled or a commitment to complete).
Laptop repair training provided
Experience with complex networking hardware and software (Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Windows servers)
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and resolving basic computer issues.
Experience with digital media creation tools such as Photoshop and Canva

The Help Desk Technician will be required to work a base 38 hours per week, between the hours of 8.15am and 4.21pm, including a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
