About the roles
The enforcement team investigates regulatory breaches and takes enforcement action, including the effective use of litigation. The primary responsibility of the investigator role is to conduct investigations and gather evidence to inform regulatory decisions with a strong focus on improving outcomes for consumers.
The roles requires strong writing, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities with an outcomes and delivery focused approach. The role requires stakeholder management skills to liaise with other members of the Energy Division and our external retail energy businesses, consumer groups and industry groups.
These are fixed term positions for two years. There are two roles available. The work location for these positions are 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
