About the Business Unit:
Integrity and Investigations is responsible for leading:
- Integrity Culture manages DJCS' Integrity Framework, Integrity Strategy and Child Safety compliance
- Intelligence and Detection lead the management of digital forensic and intelligence activities
- Integrity and Corruption Investigations undertake investigations into allegations of corruption and manage DJCS' Public Interest Disclosures.
- Integrity Engagement and Communications manage DJCS' engagement and responses to thestate integrity agencies, including the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) and the Victorian Ombudsman (VO).
About the Role:
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Integrity and Corruption Investigations, this position is responsible for conducting integrity and corruption investigations
Some of your duties will include:
Assist and support the management and delivery of the department's fraud and corruption investigation and integrity regime including:
- Assist and support the management and delivery of the department's fraud and corruption investigation and integrity regime
- Applying sound knowledge and judgement and well-developed analytical skills to assess and review complex information, evidence and data trends
- Providing administrative support to the Public Interest Disclosures Coordinator in assessing Public Interest Disclosure complaints within the department.

About You:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Experience in conducting investigations in either an integrity, law enforcement or disciplinary environment
- Knowledge of investigation frameworks, policies and procedures
- Functional and practical knowledge of best investigation practice.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience in investigations and a Certificate IV (Government Investigations) or equivalent training is essential.
