About the Role:
This is a Full Time position within the Supply Chain Team at the RCH.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that our operating theatres and associated departments have timely access to the critical medical supplies they need to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. This is a hands-on supervisor role where your attention to detail and ability to streamline processes will directly support the efficiency of our supply chain.
Classification for this position will be GN1 (General Services Supervisor) (FTE base salary $73,502 per annum, plus superannuation).

About the Department:
At RCH, our Supply Chain team is a key part of the hospital operation, ensuring that every department has critical medical supplies they need to deliver world-class care. We process thousands of orders each month, from everyday consumables to specialist surgical equipment and temperature-sensitive products requiring careful handling.
Our customers are the hospital’s internal departments — from the Emergency Department to Operating Theatres — and we take pride in delivering a reliable, responsive service that supports patient care. The team operates across three key areas: Imprest scanning and delivery, Inbound Goods, and Perioperative Supply. Each area works together to keep supplies moving seamlessly and safely throughout the hospital.
