Position Purpose
The International Student Program (ISP) Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, administration, welfare, and compliance requirements of the International Student Program at Copperfield College. The role supports international students, homestay families, parents, staff, education agents, and the Department of Education to ensure students are provided with a safe, supportive, and high-quality educational experience.
The ISP Coordinator works under the direction of the Principal and the designated Principal Class Officer responsible for the International Student Program and ensures compliance with all Department of Education International Student Program requirements, Child Safe Standards, and relevant legislative obligations.
This position is 5 days a week with 4 weeks Annual leave.
A leave purchase allowance will be paid fortnightly.

Copperfield College is a large, multi-campus secondary school located in Melbourne¿s north-west. The College comprises two junior campuses (Years 7¿10) in Kings Park and Sydenham, and a senior campus (Years 11¿12) in Delahey. We serve approximately 2,000 students and are supported by 150 EFT teaching staff, 70 EFT Education Support staff, and seven Principal Class personnel. The College has a Student Family Occupation and Education (SFOE) index of 0.65, reflecting a significant level of social disadvantage within our community.
Copperfield College is highly culturally diverse, with approximately 40 per cent of students from a language background other than English.
