Supporting our transition from Trak-2018 to Trak-Edition
Position overview
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing team member to join the Trak-Edition Implementation Team as the Nursing Implementation Lead.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your clinical knowledge, nursing expertise and understanding of Nursing workflows to help shape and support the transition from Trak-2018 to Trak-Edition, with go live planned for October this year.
The Nursing Implementation Lead will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of Implementation Leads representing Nursing, Allied Health, Health Information/Administration and Medical, alongside the Trak-Education Lead and Implementation Manager, to help prepare our workforce, build capability, support adoption and contribute to a successful implementation across SWH. As a key link between the Trak-Edition project team and Nursing teams, you will ensure the voice of Nursing is represented throughout the transition, helping staff feel informed, supported and confident in adopting new ways of working.
About the Role
The Nursing Implementation Lead will use their clinical experience and understanding of Nursing practice to support the successful transition, adoption and embedding of Trak-Edition across SWH.
Working collaboratively with Nursing leaders, super-users, educators, trainers, the Education Lead and other Implementation Leads, you will contribute to workforce readiness, education, communication and continuous improvement activities throughout the implementation journey.
