About the Role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced and motivated team member to join the Trak-Edition Implementation Team as the Education Lead.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in education, training and change management to support the transition from Trak-2018 to Trak-Edition, with go live planned for October this year.
Working alongside the Implementation Manager and a multidisciplinary team of Implementation Leads representing Nursing, Primary and Community Services, Medical and Health Information/Administration, you will play a key role in preparing our workforce, building capability and supporting the successful adoption of Trak-Edition across SWH.
About the Role
The Education Lead will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of education and training activities to support workforce readiness for Trak-Edition.
Working closely with leaders, educators, super users and Implementation Leads, you will ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to adopt new ways of working. You will support learning needs across a diverse workforce with varying levels of digital literacy and contribute to sustained adoption following go live.
