Integrity Officer
The Role
You are a critical thinker who thrives in a team environment, supporting stakeholders with policy advice or training programs on how to act with integrity. Your working knowledge of the integrity obligations for Victorian Public Sector Employees and the Child Safe Framework will contribute to engagement initiatives and policies as part of DJSIR's Integrity Framework.
Reporting to the Manager, Integrity Policy and Engagement, the Integrity Officer is responsible for supporting the Integrity Services Unit (ISU) to administer the department's Integrity Framework. This includes providing practical advice and guidance on the application of the department's Integrity Framework, Foreign Interference obligations and the Child Safe Standards, supporting staff to apply these requirements in their day-to-day work in line with departmental expectations, values and behaviours.

The Team
The position of Integrity Officer forms part of Integrity Services Unit which sits within Corporate Services Group.
The Corporate Services group consists of specialist functions including finance, investment and procurement, performance and governance, legal and legislation, people and culture, information technology and workplace services and emergency management. These functions enable the department to operate efficiently and effectively and support the Secretary and Ministers to meet legislative obligations and responsibilities whilst actively supporting the department's portfolio groups and Ministers to create the conditions for growing Victoria's prosperity, building the productive capacity of our economy, and increasing participation.
