About the role
Western Health is seeking an Integration Analyst / Automation Developer to support the delivery of efficient, reliable digital workflows across our growing health service. In this role, you will develop integraiton and automation solutions that streamline clinical and administrative processes, while contributing to the daily operation and support of system integrations that connect applications across the organisation. You will help ensure data flows are accurate, stable and aligned with Western Health’s commitment to safe, coordinated and connected care. This role offers an opportunity to build capability across both automation and integration disciplines within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
About you:
Experience developing automation solutions or software components.
Understanding of integration concepts such as HL7, APIs or message flows.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and document issues.
Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to follow structured development and change management processes.
