About the Role:
Are you an experienced mental health professional with strong leadership skills? Western Health is seeking a dedicated Intake & HOPE Team Leader to oversee and support our Intake and HOPE Teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring effective, recovery-oriented community mental health services.
This is a full-time 6-month, fixed term position with the benefit of an Accrued Day Off (ADO). As the Intake & HOPE Team Leader, you will provide operational oversight, clinical guidance, and strategic direction to the Intake and HOPE Teams. You will ensure that assessments, referrals, and post-crisis interventions are managed efficiently and aligned with best practices. The role also involves staff supervision, professional development facilitation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service coordination and access pathways.
This leadership position requires a highly motivated individual with clinical expertise and the ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment. The role operates during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
