About the Business Unit
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a major new initiative for victims of crime. The FAS is a landmark reform that replaces the judicially based Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal with an administrative scheme that prioritises the needs of victims and supports their recovery from violent crime.
About the Role
Reporting to the FAS Intake and Triage Supervisor, you will review FAS applications to ensure they are ready for the FAS assessment team to action. You will have direct contact with victims and their support people to ensure applications are complete, including providing advice and support.
