Make a real difference to people accessing healthcare services in East Gippsland. In this rewarding administration role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, completing initial needs assessments, coordinating referrals and helping connect people with the right support to remain safely at home or transition smoothly from hospital to home.
The Contract: Ongoing Part Time | 48 hours per fortnight
