What you will do
As an industry supervisor, you will lead industry programs at Malmsbury Youth Justice Precinct. You will support young men to build work skills and daily routines in a safe setting.
You will be taking on a mentor role with the young people and model respectful, pro-social behaviour.

While at work, you will complete a fully funded Certificate IV in Youth Justice. Our Industries team also work on rostered shifts which will include some nights and weekends.
About you
We're looking for people with leadership or staff training experience in horticulture, hospitality or warehousing to grow Malmsbury as a centre for education, enabling young people to find meaningful work when they return to the community. You will need to hold a current employee Working with Children Check and first aid certificate before you start. A trade qualification or experience in a relevant industry is highly desirable. A Victorian driver's licence is desirable.
