About the role:
The Implementation Manager will lead the design and delivery of the Community Pharmacist Program which aims to support people to access timely health care for select, low-risk conditions through their pharmacist.
The Program is a continuation of the Community Pharmacist Statewide Pilot which was designed to test the provision of primary care in pharmacies
This position will have overall project management and accountability for coordinating the various components of the project including management of a small team and a cross-department working group.

Provide leadership, guidance and authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed, comprehensive reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on complex matters.
Identify emerging issues, risk and trends impacting on the successful achievement of key business objectives and imperatives and provide high quality business intelligence and sound recommendations based on comprehensive research and investigations.
Pro-actively build and maintain effective working relationships and facilitate the flow of information across the department and with key external stakeholders.
