About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused ICT Support Analyst to join our ICT team. In this role, you will support the delivery of the VGSO strategic plan through reliable Service Desk support to staff and by maintaining smooth day-to-day ICT operations. This position offers the opportunity to build strong working relationships across the organisation while contributing to a responsive and high-performing ICT environment.

We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced ICT environment. You will be naturally cu rious, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
