About the role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a VPS5 ICT Product Specialist within the Investigation, Brief & Legal Product Management Team, part of the Intelligence, Investigation & Analytics Domain in Information, Communications & Digital Technology. The role supports the ongoing operation, maintenance and enhancement of critical digital products used by Victoria Police for investigations, brief management, court processes and related operational functions.
Reporting through the IBL Product Management Team, the position works closely with business stakeholders, ICT delivery teams, support partners and external vendors to coordinate service delivery, resolve issues, support enhancements and ensure product outcomes align with operational needs and organisational governance requirements.
The successful applicant will contribute to a diverse and business-critical application portfolio, including operational readiness, incident and risk management, vendor coordination, service improvement activities and change initiatives that support frontline policing, investigations and legal/court-facing processes.
