The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Change Manager will contribute to the successful delivery of Information Technology (IT) and Cyber Security projects across the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA). The role will work as part of Information Services Division (ISD) led project teams to deliver & embed technology solutions (including the introduction of new and enhanced ICT applications and platforms) that enable business outcomes & benefits.
The ICT Change Manager will fulfill a critical role in managing organisational change resulting from the introduction of new or changes to existing technology solutions used within the department. The role will apply change management strategies specific to supporting technology change to enable rapid adoption of solutions by staff at all organisational levels. Additionally, the ICT Change Manager will take accountability for the delivery of all change management deliverables in alignment with the DEECA ICT Project Framework spanning the planning, delivery (including transition to delivery operations) and closure phases of the project. The role will provide support and coaching to executives & people leaders in making use of the technology, helping them to embed the change within their teams.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 24 months. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
