Your new role
Reporting to the Director – People, Culture & Capability, you will lead the HR Services team and work closely with executives, people leaders and employees across the organisation.
This is an opportunity to lead a great team of HR business partners and payroll professionals delivering trusted, practical and high-quality people services across IBAC. You will provide strategic and operational advice on complex employee relations, workforce management, performance and conduct matters, and organisational change. You will also oversee recruitment and selection activities, support the effective operation of in-house payroll services, and drive continuous improvement across HR policies, systems, processes and service delivery.
