THE ROLE
Sitting in the HR Divisional and Volume Recruitment team, the HR Officer provides generalist human resources (HR) advice, coordinates recruitment and safety screening processes, maintains accurate and comprehensive employee records and provides assistance and support to managers and staff on routine HR matters.
The HR Officer works specifically with the child protection program and supports volume recruitment via online assessment centres for child protection roles. In this role you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, and on-boarding new starters, and work in collaboration with your colleagues to provide accurate, timely advice and support to program areas. The HR Officer will often be the first point of contact for a broad range of workforce-related issues and accordingly fulfils an important intake and assessment function.
