THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and organised HR Officer to join our HR Divisional and Volume Recruitment team, supporting the Child Protection program.
In this role, you will provide generalist HR advice and operational support, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes and support Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, helping to deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR advice and support to managers and staff on routine HR matters
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, employment contracts, and onboarding
Support Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Assist with high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring timelines and service standards are met
Coordinate onboarding, compliance checks (including visas), and pre-employment verifications
Participate in online Assessment Centres, assessing candidates and supporting selection activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and recruitment records
Act as a first point of contact for workforce enquiries via the OurService platform
About You
You are a customer-focused HR professional with:
Experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a generalist HR role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence engaging with managers, candidates, and stakeholders
