The role

In this role, you will partner with leaders and stakeholders across your portfolio to deliver responsive, contemporary and customer-focused HR services. You will bring together strategic advice and hands-on delivery across employee relations, recruitment, payroll, workforce initiatives and culture-building activity. You are a trusted and capable HR professional who brings sound judgement, curiosity and confidence to your work. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and bring a calm, practical and solutions-focused approach to complex people matters. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience supporting payroll, injury management and/or return to work processes is desirable.
