Your new role
Reporting to the Human Resource Services Manager, we have two exciting opportunities to join a small, efficient, supportive, collaborative and engaging team of People & Culture professionals. We are about impact, connections and creating a workplace where great people do their best work.
We have one ongoing position, and one fixed term position to 16 October 2026.
As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders and stakeholders within your portfolio to deliver responsive, customer-focused HR services. The role has a broad remit across strategic partnering, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and culture initiatives.
This is an exciting role for someone who balances strategic business partnering with hands on delivery in a complex public sector environment.
