In this permanant full time position within the Human Resources Department you will be responsible for providing customer service, advice and administration support to enable a seamless end to end human resources function to line managers and employees. This includes providing advice to employees and managers about employee entitlements, policy, procedures, industrial relations and employee lifecycle matters. Supported by a HR Business Partner you will also be responsible for guiding managers on complex remuneration, recruitment and contract management processes providing you the opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor.
