About HR Systems
The HR Systems Team supports the management of Human Resource Information Systems, systems integration, the organisation-wide reporting suite, and employee recruitment and variation systems. The effective operation of these systems is required to support staff and business-critical processes such as recruitment, payroll, rostering and management reporting.
HR Systems team sits within the HR Shared Services function, which also incorporates HR Services, Payroll, Payroll Compliance and Austin Advantage Salary Packaging.
HR Shared Services sits within the People & Culture Directorate, which is one of eight Directorates reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
About the role
The Manager, HR Systems leads the end-to-end delivery of high quality, employee-centric payroll and HR information systems. The role has enterprise-level accountability for HR systems, service delivery and workforce data governance within a large public health service.
The role is a key leadership position, leading a team of HR Systems analysts and overseeing the administration and continuous improvement of the organisation's core HR platforms, including SuccessFactors Recruitment 2.0, SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and UKG Pro Workforce Management. The role is accountable for the HR systems roadmap, governance framework, release calendar and prioritisation of system enhancements.
