About the role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated team leader to assist in the management of a team of dedicated HR consultants responsible for delivering high level consultancy and assistance to schools on the Department's online recruitment system and complex recruitment issues.
Attributes:
The successful applicant will have experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team and a strong attention detail, be client focused, have a professional phone manner and have the capability and experience of working with Microsoft office, in particular word, access, excel and outlook.
Key responsibilities are:
• Assisting team members with technical advice and/or support
• Providing advice on the appropriate interpretation of Department HR policy and or HR processes relating to recruitment and staffing in a school setting
• Be available to work between the hours of 8 am to 5.30 pm five days a week
• Provide advice and support on a range of recruitment initiatives
• Assist the manager with a range of activities, including reporting, writing and staff development.
