The Opportunity:
The People Experience (PEX) department supports the Institute in achieving its strategic goals by strengthening workforce capability and capacity. PEX provides a wide range of human resource services, including strategic planning, workforce relations, talent acquisition, capability development, diversity and equity, health, safety and wellbeing, and employee engagement. The team is committed to delivering professional, high-quality HR services that enhance the experience of staff and the broader Institute community.
The Human Resources Officer (Organisational Development) provides high-quality administrative support for the design, delivery, and evaluation of initiatives that build individual, team, and organisational capability. This role contributes to a high-performing, values-driven culture by coordinating activities that enhance learning, engagement, and workforce capability, working closely with managers and staff across the Institute to support positive stakeholder relationships and communications.
