About the Role
The HR Officer supports DTP employees and managers by providing HR advice, operational support, and triaging incoming queries to ensure efficient resolution or escalation. As part of the HR Operations team, the role helps maintain smooth interactions with People & Culture function and provides technical and advisory support on HR system processes, governance, and platform use
