About the Role
The HR Specialist will be part of a team responsible for delivery of a range of HR and payroll policy, systems, and processes, including leave and payroll to key clients in Victorian government schools and non-school locations. The role provides guidance on HR and payroll policy adherence and resolves complex payroll issues. Furthermore, the role provides technical leadership and aligns work with operational plans and departmental values through effective mentoring and role modelling.
