About the Division
People and Workplace Relations (Schools) is responsible for providing quality employee services and human resources to support school-based and regional staff in best practice and delivering on workforce strategies and initiatives to support the attraction and retention of teachers and school workforce staff in Victorian government schools.
About the Role
The HR and Payroll officer will be supporting the service delivery of HR and payroll policy, systems and processes. The incumbent offers guidance on policy adherence and resolves complex payroll issues. Through cross-functional collaboration, they support the delivery of high-quality HR and payroll solutions and services.
