About the role and team
As an HR Adviser (Talent), you will be an integral part of a collaborative HR team, working within the broader People and Capability branch. Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work alongside a HR Business Partner.
Your remit is unique, providing end-to-end recruitment and generalist HR support to both Electorate Offices and Parliamentary Officers stream. This role balances office-based coordination with regular travel to regional and metropolitan offices to build face-to-face relationships with your stakeholders.
