About the role
As an HR Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will draw on your recruitment experience to provide value-adding sourcing insights, exceptional stakeholder care, and end-to-end coordination of recruitment and on boarding activities.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will expand your generalist HR capabilities through exposure to performance, employee relations, workforce planning, legislative interpretation and policy application. You will also have opportunities to visit electorate offices across Victoria to build relationships, provide in-person support, and better understand the unique needs of the workforce.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in recruitment, naturally people-focused, and ready to take the next step in their HR career.
