Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator

The Role
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator coordinates the planning and implementation of the Victorian Fisheries Authority (VFA)'s health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) framework and program, and leads the day-to-day HSW activities across the organisation including preventative and reactive strategies, policies, procedures and actions.

The Team
The position of Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator forms a part of the Corporate Services branch within the Victorian Fisheries Authority.
As a statutory authority, the VFA has the responsibility of managing Victoria's fisheries resources in a coordinated and strategic way to ensure their ongoing sustainability, while supporting the value they deliver to the commercial, recreational, aquaculture and Indigenous fishing sectors.
