The Health, Safety and Compliance Officer supports the School's workplace health and safety, compliance and emergency management functions. The role works closely with the Business Manager, HR Manager, Facilities Manager and leadership team to ensure effective systems and processes are in place to support a safe working environment and compliance with relevant legislative and Department of Education requirements.
The position provides operational support, coordination and advice across workplace safety, incident management, emergency management and compliance activities, contributing to a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Key stakeholders include the Principal Team, Business Manager, HR Manager, Facilities Manager, OH&S Committee and relevant Department of Education personnel.
